What a wonderful time we had with friends tonight…our 2nd Annual Field-Bennett Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt went off splendidly. We stuffed about 430 eggs, had 15+ kids to hunt. Let them loose when it got dark and off they ran to find their hidden treasures. It’s always fun to see all the flashlights beaming around the yard. Another successful party, I’m beat and it’s not even officially Easter.
We’ve got baskets set to go and will have a little egg hunt in the morning. I filled all the hunt eggs for them with their favorite…gum.
Off to read, I can hardly keep my eyes open! Happy Easter all!

Hate that we missed it last night. I almost called you at 7:45 to say that the kiddos were already in bed . . . needless to say, they were up before the crack of dawn this morning!! Looks like a great time — and young B got 2 sets of headlights from the EB, so we might have to plan another “hunt” when it’s not a holiday!
