Happy Easter

What a perfect Easter…the boys got up early (of course they did, they had to see if the Easter Bunny actually came) and we got ready and went to church. The service was nice, we joined the Russo family at Rollingbay Pres and they ended the service with a booming Hallelujah chorus. It was impressive. They had a egg hunt and some tasty food and it was fun to see some old familiar faces.

We met up with Dee, who had stayed home with the babies, at Nana and Papa’s house for our next celebration. John Wayne Eggs, the best ham ever, a some yummy pink mini doughnuts from Costco. The boys loved the egg hunt and “farting” monkey that was a gift from the grandparents. Carlos and Levi ended the afternoon with a dip in the hot tub while Trey chilled out watching Looney Tunes.
We had a wonderful Easter and feel so blessed to have the family and friends that we have in our lives.

Market Day

Trey makes the very most of Market Day at school…he’s sold almost all of his candy (all the boys did a candy store this time around), he’s got a pop, a cupcake and a cool feather mask. I believe he polished off many more treats that day, too!

Blast from the Past

Went through a LOT of pictures trying to find Went through a LOT of pictures trying to find snapshots of our foster babies from the past. I found 26 our of 42 and made a neat collage for the baby’s room. Nice to have some history in there, so special to be able to remember the little lives we’ve been blessed to be a part of.
As I was going through pictures, I found these preschool portraits of Levi and Carlos. FUNNY STUFF!
