What a treat it was to be able to celebrate Kathy’s birthday this year!
I caught Carlos and Alice in a super sweet moment before the big celebration.

The boys were so excited to learn that it was Sensei Chris’ birthday. They had a vision – it had to be blueberry cake and it had to be shaped as a gi with a black belt. I had to admit I was proud of the boys for jumping in to do the work of making the cake and a lot of the decorating. They did a great job!

Carlos is all ready for tomorrow’s Zucchini Races. His vehicle is protected by army men and proudly displays both the Guatemalan and US flags and is named “Carlos’ Mean Green Machine”
Let’s just hope it’s not too big – we are a little worried about the axels.

So, I sent Carlos to take pictures of people at the reception. Trey tagged along with him, and when I uploaded the pictures I realized that Trey had POSED in each picture as well. So, here’s Trey with my extended family!

Lots of pics for the one, what a great party! Trey was the dancing KING, clearing the dance floor with his moves. It’s fun to watch for sure. Carlos was behind the camera most the night taking some great shots. So much fun to be with the Burr family to celebrate Nathan and Bryan. Also got some dances in with my boys, always a favorite.
