We had the preschool potluck last night, which was a great chance to see Carlos and Trey’s teachers and their friends from last year.  There were some familiar faces missing, those moving onto Kindergarten, but still many returning.
For some reason, anxiety got the best of Carlos and he didn’t want to get out of the van.  I carried him over to Teacher Kathy, tears and all, and she talked him down and got him helping her set up chairs.  We just adore her!
As you can see from the picture above, he got over it and showed off his skills on the monkey bars.  He can make it from one end to the other on the big bars.  It’s impressive to watch.
Preschool starts for Carlos and Trey on Wednesday, Trey can’t wait to go and Carlos is stressing it but I know he will be fine once it starts back up.
