It was really nice to have some family time with no tv, no running errands, no interruptions. We played some games and built some Home Depot wooden trucks that we’d been meaning to build. They are very proud and can’t wait to paint them and play with them. The hit of the weekend was their Tonka trucks. They raced around camp with them, it was pretty cool to watch. Trey and Caros got into a tiff and Trey got pushed into a wooden sign and got a lovely black eye. He looks like a prize fighter, on the losing end of the fight.

On a funny note, the boys were ecstatic that a chipmunk came into our camp. We put some chips and bread out and it came back over and over again and took it up to hide in the tree.
