Last night we saw an amazing slide show. Our neighbor’s son went on a mission trip to Ethiopia with YoungLife and they set pictures to music and it was very moving. It even held the boy’s attention and that’s saying a lot. Looked like a great trip and I give those kids all the credit in the world to spend their Christmas doing mission work so far away from their families.

Tonight was a treat for Dee and I….our friend, Martha, invited us to The Cantina to help celebrate her birthday. Drinks out with the girls was so fun, and a nice break. Thanks again to Nana and Papa for watching the boys, we wouldn’t be able to stay sane without them, that’s for sure. We had lost track of time and we ended up being gone over 2 hours, so the boys had worn out their welcome and were super tired.
