What a crazy day we’ve had, and it’s still not done. The boys got haircuts and we had breakfast (yummy Dee potatoes!) this morning, then they went to camp and LOVED it. Dee and I enjoyed a couple of hours kid-free and got a few errands done. Not exciting for most people but time well spent by us. Then we headed into a 1st birthday party and saw a former foster baby. Dee and I both agreed that we would take her back in a heartbeat, she’s adorable and such a sweetie. Makes me wonder if there isn’t a baby girl in our future at some point. Not now, but maybe at some point? Then off to Kohls to get jammies for the boys for Christmas Eve and back home.

Dee and Carlos are busy painting the dining room. It was Carlos’ reward for using gentle hands. They are both so bull-headed that I’m just leaving them to battle eachother in the dining room and my fingers are crossed that it ends up looking nice. Dee’s a perfectionist so I’m sure it will. Not sure what she was thinking when she thought that would be a good reward for him.
